Would you like to join us on Sunday for the first trip of the year?

This drive has it all: river crossings, steep ascents and descents, wombat holes, bogs, and gorgeous countryside.

Meeting time: 9am.

Meeting place: Parking area in Capertee on Castlereagh Highway, opposite Glen Davis Rd: https://goo.gl/maps/ndxqZmR2kPJKcEP76 (43 Castlereagh Hwy, Capertee NSW 2846).

Grade: Easy. Not suitable for beginners, but fine if you have a couple of trips with the club under your belt.

Every car must have recovery points (so that we can safely recover the car if you get stuck). Preferred: A lift and a winch.

We’ll start at Capertee and make our way to the Pinnacle Rocks. We’ll have lunch at the Pinnacle, then take Dark Corner Mtn Trail and Blackbutt Mtn Trail to Sunny Corner. We expect to end the trip at around 4.30pm (but anything can happen on the trail).
