Due to good weather (and much of the committee unable to attend) the AGM is deferred one month and now is to be held on Wednesday September 13, 2023 – the committee promise the pizza will still be good.

Wednesday, September 13, 2023 commencing at 2000hrs (8pm) sharp.
Access to the hall is not available until 1945hrs.
The Annual General meeting of the Hornsby Kuring-gai Four Wheel Drive Club incorporated will be held at the Hornsby Heights Community Hall, 104a Galston Rd Hornsby Heights.
Kindly respond with your intention to attend (for catering purposes) by no later than Monday, September 7.
Members and guests are requested to advise their intention to attend as total number of people (not vehicles as is the usual practice).
The AGM shall see the retiring of the 2022/23 President and Committee and election of new office bearers. The existing office bearers have indicated willingness to re-stand for 2023/24.
Phil Eaton has indicated an interest in the role of equipment officer.
The AGM will be followed immediately by the August General Meeting and then the supper.
