Time zone: Sydney
Reminder: 1 day before
Ends: 04:30pm (duration is about 7 hours)

Arrive early, in time to air down before 9.30. We’ll leave at 9.30am on the dot, to make the most of the daylight.

Join us for a beautiful, easy drive along Finchley Track and through Howes Valley. This is a good drive for beginners.

Meet at the little town of Laguna on Great Northern Road near Trading Post Laguna (https://goo.gl/maps/vZ8x8vsMjCGpc5vS6). From there, we’ll drive in convoy to the start of the trail at Finchley Track. Expect beautiful views, particularly from Finchley Trig Lookout. We’ll take a look at the Finchley Aboriginal Engraving site and the nearby campground.

Then we’ll drive further into Yengo National Park, and stop for lunch at a clearing on the track. (There are no facilities – just the forest.) After lunch, we’ll do the more interesting parts of the Howes Valley Trail, with some nice rocky bits and a small creek crossing. We’ll air down and say our goodbyes at the end of the trail on Putty Road.

Bring: 12v air compressor, tyre gauge, CB (UHF) radio if you have one, lunch, chairs, water to drink and wash hands.

Laguna NSW 2325, Australia
