I just checked the co-ordinate of the original meet-up location and it is quite a few km out. If you booked camping at the original place, it is only a couple of kms away.

So here is the correct meet-up

-33.12266446628142, 150.04268376749985

Right by the roadside of Glen Davis Rd. Unfortunately, there is no markers there but a small clearing before the track leading to inside the bush.

See you there at 09:30.

It’ll be a long day, but we’ll have a lot of fun exploring the less challenging bits of Mt Airlie, this should suit beginners with two or three trips under their belts. Time permitting, we may explore some bush walking trails too.

Given good weather, you’ll enjoy the panoramic views of Carpertee Valley at a few vantage points.

For those who are keen campers, you may choose to get there one day earily and camp nearby, even at the meeting point, there is a campsite, but booking is necessary. Details to come later.

You’ll need to start early if coming from Hornsby

We shall have a 09:30 meetup at the foothill of Mt Airlie, spend 4 or 5 hours exploring, and have a look at the difficult bits.

Glen Davis has a community campsite, no booking required.
