Bushwinch and winching Review Trial.
Prior to and in conjunction with Michael’s evening excursion on Saturday, April 1, a hill will be mounted in the vicinity of the evening drive meeting point (treetop adventure car park) using Alan’s acquired Bushwinch system and discussion of other recovery methods.
This is a demonstration of a recovery system that may be useful in lieu of electric or other winches – the demonstration is unlikely to be a true life recovery that needs winching.
The actual winch time is short (like driving down the road!) – once the location found and winch established, the idea being to consider & discuss pros & cons of this and other winching systems accessing Michael’s extensive knowledge.
