Hello everyone.

As discussed in the Club Meeting last night I am planning on heading up to Barrington Tops / Gloucester for the weekend, leaving Friday morning and returning Sunday.

This is an exploratory trip, scout accomodation, locations and trails for our annual end of the year. Please let me know if you would like to get out of Sydney and join us. This will be reasonably informal but the intention is to would be to explore trails Saturday and possibly Sunday morning. Our first drive will be hosted by the park operators so i have arranged that they will lead us out at about 10:30 – 11:00 am

Unfortunately the location has been confirmed as camping only so you will need to bring all your own gear. Please book your accomodation directly with the park and let them know you are with our group (HK4WD). The park does not have a website, relying on word of mouth. call them on (02) 6558 3155 to book. I have also been advised that the trails in all the surrounding National Parks are closed – all our exploring will occur on the property where we are staying.

For those who can’t make it Friday, and if there is enough interest we could delay our 4wd explorartion to mid Saturday morning (please let me know in the comments if you will be coming up Saturday).
